AD Terminum qui praeterit, is a writ of entry, which lies where a man, having leased lands or tenements for term of life, or years, is, after the term expired, held from them by the tenant, or other stranger who enjoys the same, and deforces the lessor. The same writ also lies for the lessor's heir.
