ARRHABONARII, a Sect in Religion,who held that the Eucharist is neither the real Flesh and Blood of Christ, nor yet the Sign of them, but only the Pledge or Earnest thereof. The Word is derived from the Greek ἀρραβών, Arrha, Earnest.
